We have exciting news – Chancellor Park Family Medical Practice is relocating to a brand-new facility.
The practice, doctors and staff will relocate to a new location, just 1.4 kilometres away to 1/103 Sippy Downs Drive, Sippy Downs QLD 4556.
The new centre (opposite the University, and to the left of Coles) is currently undergoing a refurbishment and will open for appointments from Thursday 21 September 2023.
There is no change to our phone number or website.
The brand-new facility will offer:
- 10 new consult rooms
- Large 4-bed treatment room
- Allied health services including podiatry and pathology
- Walk through access to TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy
We will operate business as usual at our current site until 1pm on Wednesday 20 September 2023.
